DeVebo Omsorg AB offers Daily Activity Services in Uppsala, with a focus on work satisfaction, community, and individual development. Operated independently as a publicly procured service with Uppsala Municipality. Currently there are 57 positions available for individuals within LSS Group 1. We are looking for someone who can step in on short notice as temporary hourly staff. We offer work tasks including: • Animal and Nature • Facility Maintenance • Transport • Recycling Work • Café • Sensory Experiences • Elder Care We work according to DeVebo Omsorg's systematic quality management system. Qualifications: Knowledge and experience working with our target group. Meritorious qualifications: Relevant education, pedagogical or care-focused. Knowledge of TAKK or AAC. As a work supervisor, you will support our participants in their daily activities. This is a job for someone who is organized, stable, flexible, and has great patience. The work requires good communication and collaboration skills as well as a pedagogical approach. As a person, you are calm, confident, insightful, and have the ability to build good relationships through respectful interaction. You have knowledge of and practice low-arousal approaches. You have the ability to contribute to a positive work environment with your colleagues. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
