Serigmo Care is a care company offering services in HVB (residential treatment), short-term housing, supported housing, and transitional apartments for adults with various forms of substance abuse issues. Many of our clients also have some form of neuropsychiatric variation or suffer from mental health challenges. We also work with changing criminal thought patterns and behaviors.

Serigmo Care Bollerup is a licensed facility with 13 places for adult men and women aged 22-60 with substance abuse/addiction issues. Many of our clients also need to work with criminal thought patterns and behaviors.
We are looking for you who are a Treatment Pedagogue, Social Pedagogue, or have other adequate education for the role as a treatment provider. It is also desirable that you have experience in treatment work and one or more further trainings such as: ÅP, MI, CRA, KSL, or other relevant training/courses.
Main responsibilities:
· Support clients in their daily schedule
· Drug testing, both alcohol and narcotics
· Document according to applicable legislation and operational guidelines
· Support the operation with emerging needs
Working hours are varied, daytime and evening shifts, as well as some on-call sleeping shifts. The position also requires you to have a B-category driver's license.

Requirements:
Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue or education that the employer deems equivalent
Experience with the target group and/or HVB operations
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
B-category driver's license
Meritorious:
Training in manual treatment methods such as Relapse Prevention
Training in MI, NADA, or other training valuable for the operation
