We work to ensure, in collaboration with the personal assistant, that the client's self-determination, good living conditions, and opportunity for freedom in daily life are protected. At Saga Care, commitment and good relationships are important keywords in daily work. With us, you will have close and accessible contact with your direct manager. We have a collective agreement and permission to provide assistance from the Inspection of Health and Care. Are you a cheerful, confident, and calm person who likes children? Then you might be the one we're looking for! A 5-year-old girl who lives with her mother and siblings needs active supervision 24/7. To prevent her from harming herself, you must actively be by her side and help her with meals and everything that comes with a small girl's daily routine. You will accompany her to preschool and be with her there during the day and then return home. In the afternoons, evenings, and nights, you will be with her at home. Since she does not speak, you will need to learn to use sign language; experience with this is an advantage. She needs someone who is calm, confident, and who wants to play with her and keep her occupied. We are looking for temporary staff and weekend personnel. A valid driver's license is desirable. There are pets in the home. A personal letter describing who you are is important. You need to be able to read and write in Swedish as documentation is completed daily. We will read through the applications and then schedule meetings with the family. It is important that you obtain an extract from the police register before employment can be considered.
