Fleet Coordination needs to be strengthened with an hourly substitute for a limited period. In this role, you will be important support in the daily work with the municipality's vehicle fleet. The work is varied and mainly involves driving vehicles to and from workshops, inspections and other vehicle-related activities, as well as helping with simpler practical tasks. Working hours may vary based on operational needs and planned activities. The work is primarily scheduled on weekdays during daytime. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a substitute in fleet coordination, you will have practical and varied work. You will mainly be responsible for ensuring the municipality's vehicles reach the right place at the right time and that simpler practical tasks are completed. Work tasks may include: • driving vehicles to and from inspection • picking up and delivering vehicles in connection with service and repair • transporting vehicles between municipal facilities and parking areas • delivering materials related to fleet operations • assisting with simpler practical tasks related to the municipality's vehicle fleet (for example, changing windshield wipers) • checking that the vehicle is in such condition that it can be delivered or picked up according to given instructions • if needed, assisting with simpler preparations for, for example, the winter period Work tasks may vary based on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, takes responsibility for your tasks, and likes working independently. You also need to be confident in traffic and have a service-oriented approach. For this role, you need: · Category B driver's license (manual transmission) · good driving experience · be confident driving different types of cars and light transport vehicles · can follow instructions and procedures · are thorough and responsible · have good ability to plan and keep to schedules · be able to work independently with assigned tasks · be able to communicate in Swedish verbally and in writing at a level required to understand instructions, communicate with workshops and inspection personnel, and document simpler tasks Personal qualities Since you will be handling the municipality's vehicles, it is important that you are responsible and thorough in your work. When in contact with, for example, workshops, inspection stations, and the municipality's various operations, you represent the municipality and therefore need to have a professional and service-oriented approach.
