JOB DUTIES As an hourly nurse, you will play an important role in our daily ward operations and perform typical nursing tasks. We offer flexible working days that include day, evening, and night shifts, both on weekdays and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you—a licensed nurse with a genuine passion for healthcare. Previous professional experience as an emergency nurse is a merit, and it is particularly advantageous if you have worked within Region Kronoberg and with the Cambio Cosmic medical records system. You stand out through your ability to create a positive work environment through kindness and a strong focus on collaboration. You are quick to identify and implement solutions when problems arise, which keeps workflows running smoothly and benefits the patient. As an hourly employee, it is important that you can work continuously, have access to a mobile phone, and can take shifts on short notice. It is also of utmost importance that you master the Swedish language and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Region Kronoberg will conduct checks of the burden of proof and suspicion register prior to employment within psychiatry, primary care, and pediatric and women's clinics. Salary form: Hourly wage.
