Solrosen short-term care facility is a department at Nicklagården with 11 spaces, of which 8 are for short-term stays and 3 for respite care stays. We offer nursing care, rehabilitation, palliative care, and support for individuals coming to us after a hospital stay or when their home situation becomes untenable. Our goal is to create a meaningful and stimulating life with good nursing care for our users through a salutogenic approach. Short-term placement decisions are for two weeks and can be extended as needed.

JOB DUTIES
· Provide nursing care and rehabilitation based on the individual needs of users through HSL and SOL services.
· Document in operational systems and manage delegated medical tasks, which in some cases are both advanced and specialized.
· Collaborate with other professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care.
· Contribute to the development of work environment and work methods.
· Service tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal-related services.
QUALIFICATIONS
We would like to see experience from care work that has given you confidence and knowledge of what it entails. If your experience is also from special residential care, that is a merit. If you are trained as a nursing assistant or care assistant, that is a big plus, but personal suitability is also crucial. You need to be calm in your approach, responsible, positive, and solution-focused.
Swedish in speech and writing is required.
