About the Position
Sockerstan elderly care home consists of 72 apartments distributed across four floors. Humana Sockerstan is an elderly care home for those in need of somatic care or dementia care. At Humana, you will work based on a person-centered approach, where each person's individual wishes and needs are the focus. You will contribute to a daily routine characterized by good care. Work Hours and Employment Form: Day, evening, and weekend shifts, part-time positions.
Salary: Salary is agreed upon, and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreement.

Job Description
As a nursing assistant at Humana Sockerstan, you have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and conduct weekly planning, handle medications, and organize activities. You will daily document and manage any incidents. Together with colleagues, you divide work tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you as a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and you are not afraid to take initiative. You are experienced with documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.
We are Looking for Someone Who:
Is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent work experience
Possesses good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It is a Merit if You Have:
Experience working in elderly care or home care services
Experience working with people with dementia
Experience in privately operated facilities
A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
