About the Position
Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you will mainly help the customer with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves protecting the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the customer's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace.
The customer's individual needs guide the workday, and your work may include help with mobility, personal care, exercise and communication, as well as household chores and activities inside and outside the home.
Who Are You?
The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good chemistry between you as an assistant and the customer.
For this position, you must have:
strong knowledge of Swedish
experience working in healthcare
be a non-smoker
For this position, it is a merit if you have:
experience with mobility transfers
good knowledge of transfer techniques
experience with nasal and breathing masks
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
Working Hours, Degree of Employment, and Salary
The current employment form is "hourly employment," which means work as needed with varying hours during day, evening, and/or night shifts.
Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
Start date by agreement.
