Position and Employment Terms Position: As needed Work Hours: 07.00 - 15.30 or 15.30 - 22.00 Employment Type: On-demand employment Start Date: By agreement Workplace: You will be based at our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna Municipality. Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do? As a care assistant with us, you will work in customers' homes with varying tasks based on individual needs: Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and mobility support Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good care Daily living assistance – help with meals and light household tasks Supervision & safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care Documentation – document according to care plans Emergency response – quickly respond to acute needs from customers who have triggered alarm systems. We work on behalf of Vallentuna Municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07.00 - 22.00. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more acute interventions. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is committed and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care: Experience in care and support (Meritable) – you have experience working with individuals in need of support Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly Driver's license category B (Required) – you are a safe and experienced driver Comfortable cycling (Required) – you feel comfortable cycling between customers Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding Digitally comfortable – you use mobile devices in your daily work We do not accept applications by email.
