About the Operation
In Basic Home Healthcare, we typically work on assignment from health centers or primary care clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographic locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basic Home Healthcare is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care units, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Primary Care.
About the Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you work under the delegation of a registered nurse. Your duties may include:
Medication administration
Insulin
Tube care
Ostomy
Inhalation therapy
Minor wound care
Documentation is done in the TakeCare patient record system, and work shifts are scheduled in Epsilon. You always have support from an administrative team that helps structure and plan your work, which creates good conditions for both quality and work environment.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare. You have experience with delegated tasks, good computer skills, and speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing. A Class B driver's license is required (Inner City is the only unit that can accept applicants without a license).
It is advantageous if you have previous experience in home healthcare and have worked with TakeCare and Epsilon. As a person, you are independent, well-organized, and comfortable managing changing situations, even at a fast pace. You always keep the patient in focus and contribute to good teamwork.
