About the Position
We are now seeking a part-time staff member for EC Health Club Malmö Limhamn to support our facility manager in the day-to-day operations of the facility.
It is a varied role where you work at reception, help our members, ensure the facility is clean and welcoming, and conduct Milon orientations with new members.
Working hours vary and may include daytime, evenings, and weekends. The position is a good fit for someone who is flexible and wants to work extra as needed.
Your Main Responsibilities
Staff the reception and provide our members with the best possible service
Assist new and existing members with questions about training and membership
Conduct Milon orientations and introduce members to our training concept
Daily cleaning and ongoing maintenance of the facility
Ensure the gym is clean, fresh, well-organized, and welcoming
Sales of memberships and merchandise
Support the facility manager with other tasks in day-to-day operations

Takes initiative easily and sees what needs to be done
Has a genuine interest in fitness and health
Enjoys varied work that includes both member service and practical tasks
Holds a B-class driver's license – advantageous
Previous experience from gyms, reception, service, or sales is advantageous, but for us, your personality, energy, and willingness to learn are equally important.
