At WeMind Liljeholmen, you now have the opportunity to work as a part-time nurse on our on-call unit within specialist psychiatry. The position is primarily located in the evenings and weekends. You will meet patients in different situations and get to use your psychiatric expertise in a varied and stimulating work environment. You work independently while having close access to support and collaboration with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team. You are an important part of the team and meet patients with acute or temporarily worsened psychiatric concerns. Your responsibilities include: Assessment and counseling of patients Acute and scheduled patient contacts Medication follow-up Assessment of patients' current well-being and care needs Collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare providers Documentation and follow-up according to applicable procedures The work is varied and requires you to be able to make independent assessments, prioritize, and act confidently even in situations that can change rapidly. About you We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatry Enjoys and appreciates working evenings and weekends Has a category B driver's license – a requirement for this position Has experience with psychiatric care Has experience with acute patient assessments and/or on-call operations, which is a merit Is confident in your professional role and can work independently Enjoys varied work and can quickly adapt to the operation's needs Has a professional and respectful approach Wants to contribute to the development of both patients and the operation Verification of professional license and criminal record check will be conducted before employment decision.
