Within the health and care unit in Mariestad municipality, approximately 50 nurses work. We are now seeking an experienced staffing nurse for temporary hourly employment on on-call shifts, which means evenings, nights, and weekends.

JOB DUTIES
As a temporary nurse, you work with people with various needs, ranging from basic nursing care to increasingly specialized home care.
The work tasks are varied and include:
• Plan, implement, and evaluate health and care services.
• Coordinate the patient's health and care contact with other care providers.
• Work with preventive measures to maintain health.
• Work in a team with other nurses, care staff, rehabilitation personnel, and social welfare administrators.
• Collaboration with responsible primary care physician.
• Contact and support for family members.
• Secure and traceable documentation.
The employment concerns temporary substitute work within municipal primary care. Work is performed on on-call shifts and includes evening, night, and weekend shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking you who are a licensed nurse with work experience in the profession. If you are a specialist nurse, that is meritorious.
For this position, we are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and flexible. You are accustomed to working independently, are confident in your professional role, and have broad knowledge in your profession. We see that you are responsive and committed to providing good service and treatment.
You must hold a class B driver's license and be able to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
