About the Position We are now seeking several planners for our master planning function – a central role in our continued growth. As a planner, you will be a vital part of the production chain and work to create conditions for efficient flows and secure deliveries. You will be responsible for planning from production order to finished product and will work closely with assembly, project management, and procurement, among others. Our operations are characterized by multiple parallel projects and products where each order can have its own specific conditions. This demands high levels of structure, foresight, and the ability to see the big picture. Through planning, follow-up, and ongoing dialogue, you contribute to ensuring that the right materials, resources, and information are in the right place at the right time. "As a planner, you have a central role in connecting the entire production chain. You are the link between plan, reality, and delivery and contribute to ensuring that our products reach the customer on time and with the right quality." In this role you will, among other things: Create and manage production orders. Plan and follow up on production flows in close collaboration with assembly, procurement, and project management. Ensure material availability and coordinate activities prior to production and assembly start. Identify and manage deviations, changes, and risks in planning. Maintain active dialogue with different functions to ensure production progress. Contribute to development and improvement of planning processes and working methods. You will become part of a team with a broad range of experience levels – from people early in their careers to experienced specialists with deep knowledge of our operations. We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with many contact points. You have the ability to manage several parallel activities simultaneously and can switch between details and a holistic perspective. We would like to see that you have experience in planning within industrial operations, but we are also open to different backgrounds and experience levels. The most important thing is that you have an interest in planning and production and enjoy collaborating and driving work forward. We would like to see that you have: Experience in production, material, or operations planning. Post-secondary technical education or equivalent work experience. Experience working in business or MRP systems, preferably SAP. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of the Office package. Why BAE Systems Bofors?
