We are looking for a responsible person who sees solutions, follows established guidelines, and works toward set goals. You are collaborative, flexible, independent, and able to adapt to changing situations. You should be attentive, unpretentious, and able to communicate with everyone around you—colleagues, residents, family members, and others. Our primary work methods are clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal interaction. Your work tasks consist of providing residents with individual support and accommodations in their daily lives—at home, during leisure time, and in the community—based on each person's abilities and developmental level. The assignment includes participating in the creation, implementation, and follow-up of the resident's individual action plan and goals. In daily work, you follow the resident's action plan, schedule, checklists, and goals. You have daily documentation responsibilities. Working hours are irregular, including days, evenings, and every other weekend. Responsibility, respect, and the equal value of all people are important principles for us. Welcome to Fogdaröd.
