We are now looking for a Test Engineer - High Voltage in Ludvika. About the job You will be part of an engaged team with broad expertise and strong team spirit, where the group together drives delivery projects and develops test environments for the customer's products. As a Test Engineer, you are responsible for leading testing activities for transformers and reactors. You will be an important contact person for both customers and internal/external stakeholders, which requires good communication skills and a professional approach. You will work both locally and globally in different projects and networks, and contribute to creating a safe and sustainable quality culture within the department. The role also involves being part of developing the business in both the short and long term. Your responsibilities Lead and perform tests of transformers and reactors Communicate with customers and build trust through clear and professional dialogue Ensure proper documentation of test results and production data in accordance with applicable guidelines Participate in the digitalization journey to create a modern test environment Deliver on schedule and meet set goals Contribute to a safe work environment About you You are educated in electrical power engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent You are customer-focused and have good risk awareness in high-voltage environments You speak Swedish and English fluently You are willing to relocate to/live in Ludvika You are driven, engaged, and have an easy time creating collaboration in teams You have a solution-oriented work approach and are quality-conscious.
