You'll be joining a new team within a technically complex organization, where you'll get to shape how the team approaches testing and quality from the ground up. The team has diverse skill sets and works in a Linux-based environment with tools like Bash and Python, with connections to radar technology. About the Role As a Test Lead, you'll be a key member of the team and take responsibility for driving and coordinating test-related work. We're looking for someone with solid testing experience who is also comfortable taking on a leadership role – whether your background is in test management, QA, testing, or test automation. You need to be self-driven, structured, and comfortable taking responsibility. Since the team is new, you'll have the opportunity to influence working methods, structure, and how the testing area develops.
