About the Role
DANX AB is a transport and logistics company currently in an exciting growth phase and is therefore looking for an engaged terminal worker to strengthen our team at the terminal of one of our clients. As a terminal worker for our client, you will be responsible, together with your team, for ensuring that distribution and return flows proceed as planned. You will work on tasks such as unloading and loading trucks, sorting goods, scanning, handling returns, and forklift operation. The work requires good physical fitness, precision, and efficiency, working toward set goals and tight deadlines.
For this role, you need to be open to changes and have the ability to quickly learn new routines and work methods. Your daily work will consist of standard terminal operations as well as structuring and improving operations and work areas. This is done, among other things, by keeping the space clean and organized to streamline our processes. In addition, continuous quality monitoring is carried out to ensure we always deliver good quality to our client.
The work is to some extent independent, but despite that, collaboration with colleagues is very important. At the terminal, all employees are expected to actively contribute to maintaining high quality in the work and creating a good atmosphere in the workplace.

We would like to see that you are communicative and calm but at the same time can make your voice heard for DANX and our client's benefit.
To succeed in the role of terminal worker, you must be stress-resilient and able to handle "many balls in the air" as the work pace can be high and the tasks varied. You are receptive to feedback, willing to collaborate, and work equally well in a group as individually. Furthermore, it is important that you are reliable and thorough in your work so that our customers receive their spare parts on time. As a person, you are positive with an ambition to develop together with us.
Requirements for the Position:
Basic Swedish in speech and writing.
Driven to streamline and improve processes.
Forklift License A+B.
Meritorious:
Basic English in speech and writing.
Basic geographical knowledge of Sweden.
Previous experience with terminal work.
ADR 1.3 training.
About the Position
The position is a permanent full-time employment, 40 hours per week with an initial probationary period of six months. Work hours are Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00.
