For Sociálně aktivizační služby Krok pro rodinu, we're looking for a new team member for the position of field social worker. Do you enjoy working with people, want to help others move forward, and want to do meaningful work? Then we're looking for you.
What awaits you with us:
• You will work with families in difficult social situations directly in their homes.
• You will prepare individual plans with families.
• You will accompany families to meetings with authorities, to the doctor, etc.
• You will participate in developing and implementing the internal rules of the social service.
What you should be able to do:
• A requirement is to have specialized education according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services (minimum higher vocational school with a social focus).
• An advantage is if you are an active driver (driver's license category B).
• You should be able to work in a team and independently, be flexible, responsible, active, and empathetic toward clients. You should be able to communicate in any situation. It goes without saying that you must have a clean criminal record.
• We value knowledge of quality standards for social services.
• Since we are a non-profit church organization, it is important for us that you have respect for all people, regardless of what life crisis they are in.
