Suitable for recent graduates Do you have a passion for work that makes a real difference? Do you believe that even people facing difficult life circumstances can find solid ground again with someone to support them? Then maybe we're looking for you. What awaits you with us? You will become part of a Field Program that helps people at risk of social exclusion. You will visit clients in their natural environment and together with them find ways out of difficult life situations. We help people who have lost their housing or income, live in uncertain conditions, or face other obstacles. We support them, for example, with: • finding housing and employment • obtaining personal documents • applying for social benefits • accessing healthcare • obtaining material or food assistance • resolving acute crisis situations Our work is not to do things for clients. We teach them to take responsibility for their lives again, strengthen their skills, and help them find the path to greater independence. Most of the work takes place directly in the field. By arrangement with the client, you can also use our office facilities in Písek. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who: • has completed or is completing education meeting Law No. 108/2006 Coll., § 109 (higher vocational school or university - social work, social pedagogy, social policy or related fields) or a social services worker course • can work with MS Word and Excel • is independent, responsible, and not afraid of communicating with people • can remain calm in challenging situations • holds a Group B driver's license and is an active driver (work takes place mainly in the field) • wants to do work with visible positive impact on others' lives Experience in social services is an advantage, not a requirement. We're happy to welcome recent graduates too.
