About Us We are a company specializing in independent financial advice. We are committed to quality, professionalism, and long-term relationships with our clients. We are looking for a telephone representative to actively contact clients and present our services to them. This job is ideal for parents on maternity or parental leave, as well as for people with disabilities. What Awaits You? - Calling clients - cold contacts and working with our internal database. - Presenting and offering products in the insurance and finance sector. - Active listening and finding the best solutions for clients. - Working with a computer and internal systems during calls. - Collaboration with our financial advisors. Who Are We Looking For? Experience and Knowledge: - You have at least secondary education (a high school diploma is an advantage). - If you have experience in customer service or sales, great! However, it is not a requirement. - Knowledge of financial and insurance products is a major advantage. - You can work with a computer and Google Workspace. Your Personality: - You have a pleasant voice and communicate well. - You remain calm even in challenging situations. - You can listen and adapt your communication style to the other person. - You are reliable, punctual, independent, and hardworking. Language Skills: - You speak and write Czech perfectly.
