About Us At Lysio Research, we conduct various types of surveys on behalf of public organizations, academic institutions, companies, and associations. About the Position As a phone interviewer, you will collect responses on important societal issues by interviewing people over the phone. You will follow a structured questionnaire and record responses in a computer system. Your work contributes to surveys that form the basis for research, statistics, and societal development. The work is performed on-site at our office in Västerås. The position starts in October and initially covers 12-20 hours per week during October and November. After that, there are good opportunities for continued employment. The work is mainly scheduled for weekday evenings, but there is also the possibility to work certain day and weekend shifts. Before starting, you will complete a mandatory introductory training. The training takes place primarily during daytime hours over several weekdays and will provide you with the knowledge you need to work with the survey. About You You are flexible, a quick learner, meticulous, and enjoy talking with people. You have at least one year of continuous work experience. You have very strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You have good computer skills and are comfortable using the computer as your primary work tool. You are able to work weekday evenings, preferably at least three per week. You are able to attend the mandatory introductory training scheduled during daytime hours before work starts. Desirable Qualifications Ability to work day or weekend shifts. Previous experience in service, customer contact, or interview work.
