Are you an analytical person with a strong interest in technology and cars? If so, the role of diagnostic technician at MSX International might be perfect for you. As a diagnostic technician, you will provide support to our end customer's resellers, and this service is part of our expanding Nordic team. We are currently seeking two people who will be directly employed by MSX International. Responsibilities: Support and coach resellers with advanced diagnostic troubleshooting Assist with recommendations for continued troubleshooting Communicate directly with the customer's development team Daily follow-up of current cases Report product deviations to the customer Continuous skill development Qualifications: Technical experience is a requirement, Level 3 or equivalent Electric vehicle experience is a merit Good understanding of diagnostic systems and software Solid experience from an authorized brand workshop Good knowledge of IT, electronics, and troubleshooting Engaged and analytical problem solver Communicative and service-oriented Fluent in Swedish and English Workplace and Scope: The position is located in pleasant facilities in Torslanda. These are full-time positions with a start date by agreement. We offer a monthly salary in the range of 41–45,000 SEK for this position. Salary is set in accordance with our salary policy and is based on factors such as education, competence, qualifications, and experience.
