Are you our new Technical Support specialist for port cranes and foundation equipment? We are expanding and looking for someone who wants a dynamic role with significant customer contact. About the Role: We are looking for a Technical Support specialist with extensive experience in port cranes, band cranes, and foundation equipment. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers, field technicians, and the sales department - Manage procurement in consultation with the service manager - Forward service messages and ensure compliance with safety information - Quote upgrades, services, and customized solutions - Take a proactive approach to customer support - Provide technical support for warranty cases - Project management and coordination, including associated documentation - Coordinate technicians, work reports, spare parts, etc. Your Profile: - Background as a field technician or similar experience - Technical education in mechatronics, electrical engineering, heavy machinery, or industrial mechanics - Experience with spare parts lists, procurement preparation, and work order management - Independent, organized, and efficient - Customer-focused work approach - Good computer skills for documentation - Strong Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written - Willing to travel within Sweden and to other Liebherr facilities in Europe We offer a varied job, an individual introduction plan, and training both in Sweden and at our Liebherr facilities in, among others, Nenzing and Rostock.
