Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive and be responsible for projects of varying scope and complexity where several engineering disciplines work together. Your main responsibilities consist of:
Planning projects, budgets, and timelines, and continuously monitoring your projects
Working to ensure quality, coordination, and work environment in each project
Responsible for financial monitoring and reporting in projects
Ensuring that the right materials, resources, and services are in place at the right time
Collaborating and working within the team as well as across projects, both internally and externally
As a Project Manager, you work at Geberit's factory in Bromölla, together with approximately 300 employees. You work together in your project teams consisting of colleagues from different areas of expertise. You report to the Project Manager.
Are You the Right Fit?
If you have project management education and some years of experience in technical project management, this is a role for you. If you have a university degree as an engineer with a focus on technology, for example in mechanical engineering, automation, or production engineering, this is an asset. You need to have good system knowledge; it is a great plus if you have experience with CAD programs, for example Catia. Since English is the corporate language, it is required that you speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
To take on the role of project manager, you need to have great drive and be at the forefront of finding relevant information. You are attentive and have the ability to communicate with different types of people. You should be structured and be able to plan and organize your work and the project's work, and have some degree of analytical ability. Furthermore, you also have a responsible work approach and the ability to make decisions in different situations. We place great importance on your personal qualities and qualifications.
