This is where you, as a Technical Project Manager, come in. Your role with us To Nobia Park in Jönköping, we are now seeking a Technical Project Manager who wants to drive industrialization projects in one of Europe's most modern kitchen factories. In this role, you are responsible for driving and implementing projects aimed at improving existing production efficiency as well as industrializing and launching production of new products. You manage projects from feasibility study and technical solution to implementation in production and customer launch. A central part of the role is to lead cross-functional project teams and create conditions for effective collaboration between different functions. You ensure that projects are executed according to set objectives regarding quality, time, and cost. As a Technical Project Manager, you will, among other things: Lead and coordinate projects through their entire implementation, from planning to execution and launch. Ensure that project goals, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined together with the project sponsor. Plan and ensure access to necessary resources in collaboration with the business. Monitor project status and communicate progress, risks, and deviations to stakeholders and steering committees. Review technical documentation and conduct risk analyses. The work location is Nobia Park in Jönköping and the role is based at the office in Torsvik, where you are expected to work on-site. You report to PI Manager Sweden. Where we are right now We are in an exciting phase where we continue to develop and strengthen the operations at Nobia Park. While we work to complete the factory startup, we are gradually expanding our product range and creating conditions for more flexible and competitive production. In parallel, we are driving several new product launch projects that will strengthen our brands and meet future market needs. What you need to succeed in this role To succeed in this role, you have previous experience from a position as a project manager or another role related to production, technology, logistics, or quality. You have an understanding of project work in a production environment as well as experience and understanding of production logistics. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of business and production systems and the ability to understand how changes and new solutions affect the business's flows and processes. Requirements for the position are good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious is experience from the wood industry or other process and manufacturing industries. As a person, we are looking for someone with high execution capability and driven by creating results. You are curious, take initiative, and take responsibility for moving work forward. Furthermore, you are structured and engaged, with good communication skills and find it easy to collaborate with different functions and stakeholders.
