WORK TASKS: This position is a combination of order intake, order administration, inside sales, and warehouse work.
As an Order Coordinator, you will answer and follow up on customer inquiries, input orders, and create quotations. Customer contacts occur primarily via phone and e-mail, but also through over-the-counter sales in our shop.
Warehouse work includes daily work in our warehouse with picking and packing, booking transport, and receiving and shipping goods.
This position can develop into a Technical Inside Sales role. This would involve calculating quotations from countries with different currencies and tariff rates, communicating with factories in English, and helping customers with problem-solving using technical data, images, or drawings. It involves a lot of manual work, calculations, and logical thinking.
We use personal service to create long-term customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
*Excellent Swedish language skills, spoken and written.
*Good English language skills, spoken and written.
*Numerical aptitude and strong calculation skills
*Experience working with a business system
*Knowledge of order administration
*REQUIRED: at least Technical track at upper secondary level or other form of Technical or Mechanical knowledge, interest, and/or understanding.
*REQUIRED: TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE from education or professional experience in MECHANICS and/or ENGINEERING
*Driver's license
This is a full-time position in Saltsjö-Boo. Fixed salary. Start date by agreement.
