As an Assembler at Smartoptics, you will be an important part of production where you are responsible for assembling the company's products and ensuring that work is performed with high quality.
In this role, you will assemble products according to instructions and workstations in production. You are responsible for picking components, performing assembly operations, and ensuring that sensitive parts are handled correctly throughout the process. The products contain, among other things, fiber optic components, which place high demands on accuracy and precision.
You will become part of a production team that works closely together and where tasks may vary between different operations in production over time. The role suits you if you enjoy practical technical work, have an eye for detail, and like to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
In the Assembler role, we are looking for you who hasRequirementsHigh school diploma or vocational education with a technical focus
At least two years of experience with similar work in assembly or production
Experience with assembly of electronics or similar precision mechanical work
Experience handling sensitive components where high accuracy is required
Swedish and English in speech and writing
Ability to communicate in technical English when needed
MeritoriousExperience with fiber optic products or work with fiber
Experience from electrical production or electrical departments
Experience working on production lines or in structured production environments, for example according to 5S principles

You will become part of the production team in Kista where the operation is involved in assembly and coding of products for optical communication.
