We're now looking for a Technical Coordinator for a varied role where your knowledge of motors and mechanics is central. You'll become an important part of the operation and work closely with customers, technicians, and the workshop to find the right solutions in technically complex environments. More About the Job As a technical coordinator, you'll have a central role in the operation where you function as the link between customers, technicians, the workshop, and suppliers. This is a role for someone with a technical background who wants to use your knowledge in a daily work where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with an experienced technical colleague who has extensive knowledge of the operation. Initially, training happens through shadowing and gradually taking on responsibility as you become more comfortable in the role. Over time, you'll become an important contact person for both customers and internal functions. Your tasks will include: Receive and handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. Help customers identify technical issues and spare parts needs. Coordinate service assignments between customer, technician, and suppliers. Order spare parts, workshop materials, and consumables. Follow up on ongoing service and maintenance initiatives. Administer quotes, documentation, and technical materials. Support technicians and other operations with technical questions. Participate in customer visits and operational reviews as needed. Contribute to developing work methods and internal processes. An important part of the role involves understanding customer issues. You need to be able to reason about motors and mechanical systems, understand what components are required, and help find the right solution. Administrative tasks are part of the job, but technical understanding is crucial for success in the role. The position is based in Jordbro. Customer and operational visits occur regularly to give you understanding of the facilities, equipment, and customers' daily work. Travel is primarily within Sweden and overnight stays may occur occasionally. Requirements for the Position Good knowledge of motors, mechanics, or similar technical systems. Experience with practical work with vehicles, motors, workshop, or mechanical maintenance. Fluent Swedish, spoken and written. Good English language skills, spoken and written. Good computer skills and basic administrative ability. Class B driving license. Meritorious Secondary or post-secondary education in vehicles, technology, or industry. Experience with spare parts handling. Experience from workshop environment. Experience in technical support or aftermarket. Experience with service and maintenance planning. Experience with business systems. Experience from marine, industrial, or power-related operations.
