We are seeking a Technical IT Deputy Program Manager for an exciting project
Project Description
As a technical project manager, you will be responsible for leading the IT sub-program in the implementation of the Frenda dental care system. You will drive the work from planning through execution and ensure progress, coordination, and delivery.
The work includes, among other things:
Lead and coordinate IT sub-projects, integrations, and data migration.
Coordinate IT, operations, vendors, and external partners.
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, budget, and follow-up.
Ensure that solutions are developed, configured, and tested according to plan.
Handle requisitions and orders against shared IT functions.
Report on status and risks and prepare decision-making materials.
Ensure that information security, data protection, and regulatory requirements are considered.
Mandatory Requirements
University degree in information technology, computer science, systems science, IT management, or other relevant university education.
Education in project or program management.
At least five (5) years of experience in leading roles within IT project management, system implementations, IT transformation, or digitalization.
At least three (3) years of experience leading large IT programs, sub-programs, or complex IT projects involving multiple delivery teams.
Ability to work operatively and closely with the IT team to identify, manage, and follow up on technical dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Experience working closely with technical teams and leading work that includes, for example:
- System integrations (file transfers and APIs)- Application management- IT architecture- Technical dependencies
Documented experience facilitating and leading meetings and workshops (WS) regarding, for example:
- Requirements gathering- Process mapping- Solution design- Risk management- Planning and prioritization
Experience translating business requirements into concrete IT deliverables together with technical resources and specialist resources.
Experience identifying, analyzing, and managing technical risks, dependencies, and critical integration points.
Experience leading and coordinating work between internal and external resources and vendors as well as preparing decision-making materials.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Desired Requirements
Experience in IT leadership within healthcare or dental care.
Experience with integration toward identity management, financial systems, scheduling, e-services, and other business-critical systems.
Experience driving technical investigations and preparing decision-making materials.
Experience with extensive data migration from SQL to a new cloud platform.
