Job Description
As Technical Manager, you will have a central role in the company with responsibility for technology, workshop, and projects. You will lead managers and project leaders in their respective areas and have overall responsibility for an organization of 14 dedicated employees. The role involves many touchpoints and close collaboration with colleagues in sales, production, quality, and logistics. You will become an important part of our customer projects, from initial dialogue and bid preparation to implementation and delivery. Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a broad business and operational perspective combined with experience and deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management from the manufacturing industry, preferably within mechanics or electrical engineering. You are motivated by developing processes, strengthening structures, and driving improvements in areas such as project management, production technology, IT, and modern manufacturing.
To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate the variety between strategic issues and operational work. One day you work with business development and long-term planning, the next day you support the organization with technical issues or an important customer project. You are a present leader who enjoys being out in the business and at the same time has the ability to follow up, prioritize, and steer toward set goals.
