The Role This is a role for you who wants broad responsibility and really make an impact. You are part of the management team, report to the CEO, and have personnel responsibility for project managers and service engineers. But you are also someone who rolls up your sleeves: you support project managers with design in Inventor and AutoCAD, develop budgets, drive your own projects, and help the production manager coordinate resources. Every day can look different – and that's exactly the point. The role includes: • Personnel responsibility for project managers and service engineers • Design support in AutoCAD, Inventor, and simulation and technical calculations • Drive your own projects and back office support with project budgets • Coordinate resources and support the shop manager in daily operations • Technical consulting to customers in defense and renewable energy • Strategic work in the management team We are looking for you who • Are a civil engineer with 5–10 years of work experience • Have experience with pressure vessels, high pressure, or gases • Master AutoCAD and Inventor and are experienced with simulation and strength calculations • Have experience with project budgeting and technical back office • Have led or coordinated technical teams • It is meritorious with a background from defense or renewable energy • Are a doer who thrives with many balls in the air We offer • A key role with significant responsibility in a specialist company with almost 50 years of experience • A seat in the management team – your voice counts • Exciting technical projects in defense and renewable energy • Short decision-making paths and a workshop you can visit • Permanent employment with competitive compensation • Colleagues with genuine technical drive and high expertise Security Clearance Because we work closely with the Swedish Armed Forces, security is a natural part of our operations.
