We are now looking for a technical writer who wants to help our advanced products and systems receive technical documentation with the same high quality and precision as the technology behind them. Here you get a role close to both the product and the people behind it. You collaborate with various technical experts and become an important link between technical information and the users and customers who need to understand it. About the Role As a technical writer, you work with creating, developing, and quality-assuring technical product documentation within our projects and product support assignments. This could include instruction and repair manuals, spare parts catalogs, training materials, and other technical publications. You work closely with engineers, product managers, and other functions to gather and understand technical information and convert it into clear, accurate, and usable documentation. The role also includes a clear coordinating responsibility. You plan and keep documentation deliveries together within your area and coordinate your own and others' work ahead of delivery. Through review and feedback from users, you simultaneously contribute to continuously improving the quality of both the documentation and our working methods. You will, among other things: Create and maintain technical product documentation within projects and product support assignments. Work with, for example, instruction and repair manuals, spare parts catalogs, and training materials. Review and edit technical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. Collaborate with technical functions to gather and quality-assure information. Plan and coordinate documentation deliveries within your area of responsibility. Lead and keep together your own and others' work ahead of deliveries. Capture user feedback and contribute to continuous improvements. Qualifications We are looking for you who have: Education in technology, communication, or equivalent field. Experience in publication development and technical documentation, or alternatively a technical background combined with strong documentation skills. Good ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into clear and accessible text. Very strong ability to express yourself in writing. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Ability to plan, lead, and coordinate work. As a person, you are thorough and quality-conscious while also being flexible and solution-oriented. You enjoy working with many stakeholders, take responsibility for driving your work forward, and have the ability to create structure even when multiple deliveries are running in parallel.
