Requirements for Candidates:
Technical higher education;
Latvian language proficiency level B, stage 2;
At least one year of practical work experience;
Health status and psychological characteristics meeting the requirements set by the Cabinet of Ministers (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 219 of March 10, 2009 "Procedure for Mandatory Health Examination");
Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel), ability to work with office equipment;
Ability to plan and organize work, perform assigned tasks in priority order;
Good communication skills, high psychological resilience;
Ability to work both in a team and individually;
High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, ability to work in high-intensity conditions.
Duties:
Monitor the operation of ventilation, electrical supply, water supply and sewage systems, as well as vehicles, organize necessary maintenance and repairs;
Prepare and submit annual, monthly, and quarterly reports to relevant authorities on natural and energy resource use;
Organize service provider work at facility sites, monitor maintenance schedules;
Organize timely repairs and elimination of deficiencies in the facility's residential and utility premises;
Keep records of materials and spare parts intended for repairs, timely submit supporting documents for used material assets;
Prepare technical documentation;
Prepare purchase requests and supporting documents.
