About the Role We are seeking an engaged, sign language-proficient residential support worker for our LSS activity at Bangatan 10. You will work with supporting our clients in their daily lives, with the goal of promoting their independence and participation in society. This is an important role where your efforts impact people's lives in a meaningful and positive way. Responsibilities Provide individually tailored support to persons with needs under LSS. Communicate and work with clients who use sign language. Support clients in their daily activities, such as cooking, leisure activities, and social contacts. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment with a focus on respect for the individual's needs and integrity. Document and follow up on interventions in collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. Qualifications and Attributes Fluent sign language skills are a requirement. Ability to communicate effectively and build good relationships. Experience working in the disability sector is a requirement. Relevant education is meriting. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a solution-focused manner. A driver's license is a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
