We are looking for a process engineer who will not only solve current production problems but will also help shape the future of our manufacturing processes. Job Responsibilities: Process Engineer - Plastic Injection Molding o Optimize plastic injection molding processes with a focus on production stability and defect reduction. o Analyze root causes of problems and implement corrective measures using SPC, FMEA, Ishikawa, and other methods. o Propose automation solutions, new technologies, and manufacturing workplace layouts. o Create and update process documentation and manufacturing standards. o Collaborate with quality, maintenance, development, and project teams. o Contribute to the introduction of new products and international MAIER Group projects. o Actively participate in manufacturing improvement within the MAIER Production System based on Toyota Production System principles. o Opportunity to propose your own solutions - become a technology partner for production.
