- Job Responsibilities: Active work on developing new products - cosmetic formulations, Preparation of cosmetic formulations and their testing, Preparation of samples for quality and efficacy assessment. Preparation of necessary documentation for cosmetic product approval. Selection of suitable raw materials for individual cosmetic products, communication with raw material suppliers, Development of technological procedures and collaboration in implementing new/innovative products into production, Collaboration in managing and controlling the quality of cosmetic and food products according to GMP, HACCP, BIO and fair trade standards, Analytical work related to research and production, Communication with other company departments
- Requirements: Secondary/Post-secondary/Higher education with specialization in pharmacy, pharmaceutical production technology, cosmetics, chemistry, or natural sciences, laboratory experience, English language knowledge, PC skills (MS Office), enthusiasm for innovation and applied development, organizational abilities, results-oriented approach, knowledge of raw materials available on the natural cosmetics market and motivation to continue learning about them, knowledge of legislative requirements concerning cosmetics and food, or ability to responsibly research and find this information
