Klára Haneflová, e-mail: [email protected] University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering disciplines, preferably with experience working in the energy industry. • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics or control systems is an advantage. • Fluent English as a working language and business-level Turkish. • Willingness to travel to customers to support the sales team - travel within assigned territories in Europe/Africa/Southeast Asia will be necessary, as well as regular business trips to Switzerland for technical training with the main department. Provides technical support to the sales team for new equipment in power generation applications. • Responsible for technical project definition from initial inquiry through contract signature with the customer based on technical proposal. • The application engineer assesses fuel suitability, specific customer site conditions (temperature range, weather conditions, air and fuel quality, etc.) and defines all necessary modifications to the turbine unit. • Responsible for creating documentation for project approval requests with company management for complex projects and is responsible for accurate cost calculation of the project based on pricing strategy. • Develops technical solutions to complex technical project problems during the sales phase. • Handles numerous complex customer inquiries annually and may lead and/or participate in several product or process improvement programs simultaneously. • Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of technical and commercial aspects of the project proposal. • Reviews customer technical specifications, comments on and modifies Solar proposals. • Selects optimal turbine configuration to competitively meet customer needs and optimize customer economics. • Assists the sales department with difficult and/or complex customer negotiations. • Interesting and diverse work - we are not a production line operation, but work on long-term custom orders • Fair treatment and friendly atmosphere - everyone uses informal address :-) • Attractive compensation system - at Solar we share our successes with all employees • Corporate bonus paid once a year • Performance bonus paid twice a year • 5 weeks of vacation • Food allowance included in salary
