15.5.2026 - Knowledge of comprehensive grape, must, and wine production processing including winery record management, understanding of regulations, planning and organization of bottling, labeling, etc., expert knowledge of sanitation, creation of work procedures, maintenance plans and their implementation into the system, organization, management and development of assigned projects. Secondary/University education in winemaking (practical experience in the field is more important than formal education), PC skills (Windows, MS Office), knowledge of winery record management, Driver's License Class B - active driver, advantageous experience with cross-flow filtration, CIP sanitation, controlled fermentation, work with vintage barrels and sparkling wine production.
