- Main responsibilities: developing and validating technological procedures for product surface finishing, setting up and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing new projects and products into production, designing and managing tooling for painting, finding technical solutions for operational issues, validating and fine-tuning procedures directly in the production environment, collaborating with manufacturing staff on process setup, translating technical requirements into clear production instructions, creating inspection and packaging specifications, proposing improvements and more efficient solutions, partial communication with customers on technical matters
- This is not just desk work. It's important to see the process in real production, be able to respond to practical situations as they arise, and find solutions that actually work.
- Requirements: technical education (minimum secondary school with graduation diploma), recent graduates welcome - the company will train on the position, advanced knowledge of 2D drawing documentation or preferably 3D modeling, ability to operate 3D printing, strong Excel skills, basic English knowledge, attention to detail, systematic approach and independence, ability to follow through to a functional result
- We're looking for someone who: has technical thinking and a systematic approach, can troubleshoot when things don't go according to plan, can communicate clearly and understandably with production staff, can translate technical requirements into clear steps for production, wants to find functional solutions, not just "tick the boxes." We're looking for someone who can propose solutions that: work technically, make sense to the people in production, are efficient, and lead to quality results for the customer. Sometimes adjustments will need to be made directly in the production environment, responding on the fly and fine-tuning details so the entire process really works.
