Manufacturing, development and sales of outdoor equipment for climbers and personal protective equipment for work at heights. In this position, you will work in the development department, introducing new textile products into production.
Your responsibilities will include: product development and innovation, processing technical documentation for new and improved products, proposing and establishing technological procedures, collaborating with the production department during manufacturing implementation, certification and recertification, participation in trade shows, symposiums and professional training, developing annual project plans for the development department. Testing and validation of new products.
Requirements: university degree, or secondary education with relevant experience (also suitable for university graduates)
fluent English, knowledge of other languages a plus, ability to be efficient, organized and task-oriented. Positive problem-solving approach, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, Class B driver's license, active driver. Willingness to travel, learn and develop within a team. Climbing or knowledge of work at heights - a plus, Class B driver's license, active driver.
