- Experience or education in the printing industry (offset printing a plus) - Strong knowledge of printing technologies, materials, and colors - Understanding of prepress preparation and working with print data - Technical thinking and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail, independence, and quality awareness - Cross-departmental communication skills - Willingness to learn new things and follow industry trends Independence, attention to detail, responsibility, and manual dexterity.
