Job Description/Responsibilities: • Resolve support requests from UJEP employees • Install and set up end-user devices – PCs, printers, etc. • Install and configure software including specialized programs used by the university – email, antivirus solutions, network storage, etc. • Operate AV equipment (auditoriums, LED TV amphitheater, etc.) • Troubleshoot end-user devices through repair or warranty claims • Consult on hardware purchases; collaborate with faculties in creating specifications for procurement processes • Cooperate with other departments – networks, information systems, etc. Requirements: • Secondary education • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of software/hardware • Advanced Microsoft proficiency • Basic knowledge of AV technology • Knowledge of Linux and iOS (advantageous) • Independence, teamwork, attention to detail, and clean criminal record Selection Process and Criteria: The selection process will proceed in the first round with an assessment of submitted materials, which must be included in the application, and potentially in a second round with personal interviews with selected candidates.
