Job Responsibilities: - Provide proper support to end users in information and communication technologies, - Ensure computer installations and upgrades, - Resolve user issues and requests, - Manage installations, maintenance, and updates of company software/hardware, - Participate in planning and implementation management of new applications. Requirements: - Minimum secondary school education (IT or electrical field preferred), - Work experience in the field is a plus, - Experience with hardware/software administration and maintenance, - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and Active Directory, - Friendly demeanor, reliability, flexibility, and independence.
