As our new installation technician, you will become a key figure bringing advanced technology directly to the field for European customers. Your mission will be to ensure that industrial safety systems—from AI vision to anti-collision RTLS systems—operate flawlessly in demanding environments. We're looking for a partner who views work not just as assembly, but as technical precision and fine-tuning of modern technologies. If you have electrical education, a passion for traveling across Europe, and speak English, we offer you a role where you'll combine honest craftsmanship with the latest trends.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Field Implementation: Installation, wiring, and commissioning of systems (active anti-collision systems based on UWB and AI cameras, interactive LED projections, and other systems to improve operational safety).
Calibration and Diagnostics: Configuration and calibration of installed equipment parameters via software (PC/tablet) directly on-site according to customer requirements.
Technical Supervision and Support: Oversight of installation quality with local partners in the EU and remote assistance to electrician colleagues (we'll teach you everything).
Knowledge Transfer: Basic operator training at customer sites and feedback for our R&D team.
What we need from you?
Electrical Foundation: Secondary vocational education in the field and valid certification per Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Sb. (min. § 6), formerly Regulation 50/78 Sb. (if your certification is expiring, we'll be happy to arrange renewal).
Manual Skills: Experience with electrical installations, sensor installation, and cable routing for industrial equipment (forklifts, racks). Work on platforms.
Not Intimidated by Technology: PC work. Basic knowledge of industrial sensors and data transmission.
English: English at communicative level A2/B1, communication with technicians and customers (setup, training).
Driver's License Category B: You are an active driver and consider trips across Europe a benefit.
We Offer: Salary 40,000 - 60,000 CZK (based on experience) + salary bonus. Above-standard net income thanks to foreign allowances in € (e.g., during trips to Germany 50 EUR/day).
Top Equipment: Modern service vehicle, professional tools, and measuring technology.
Professional Development: Opportunity to expand qualifications (platforms, etc.). Regular training on wireless communication technologies and sensor systems.
Free Time: 5 weeks vacation. Weekends spent at home, trips planned efficiently in advance.
Work Environment: Employment on hourly basis. Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension to indefinite. Meal allowance, team building events, and free parking in the company area. Company headquarters in Prostějov.
