Job Responsibilities - setting up and adjusting basic parameters of production machinery, starting machines - monitoring the stability of the production process and its smooth operation - identifying deviations in production and resolving them - checking production quality and compliance with technological procedures - cooperation with the production, quality and machine maintenance teams Requirements - willingness to learn new technologies and work procedures - technical thinking and interest in production processes - secondary technical education (advantageous, not mandatory), or apprenticeship in mechanical engineering field such as tool maker, machine fitter, mechanic, automotive mechanic... - carefulness, independence and responsible approach to work We Offer - base salary 33,100 CZK to 47,800 CZK depending on experience - permanent contract - monthly bonuses (average 12%) - semi-annual bonuses (average 20%) - annual salary increases - company trips, company events - cafeteria - night shift allowances 20%, weekend shift allowances 20% - single-shift operation in 2026, from 2027 gradual shift ramp-up (max. three-shift operation) - transport allowance - subsidized meals from 30 CZK
