Planning production lines, equipment layout, process setup and tool verification 3. Equipment calibration in accordance with production standards and quality requirements 4. Process parameter optimization and pilot production in small batches 5. Analysis of root causes of technical problems, equipment failures or product quality deviations 6. Monitoring and optimization of production processes, increasing production efficiency 7. Responsibility for reducing downtime, defect rates and meeting company targets 8. Providing technical guidance and training to staff regarding equipment operation, operational procedures, safety regulations and standard problem-solving methods 9.
