What awaits you • You will ensure engineering activities during project preparation and implementation, which involves property rights settlement of affected land. • Communication with landowners, cadastral offices, investors, and other stakeholders. • Ensuring conclusion of various types of contracts (purchase, lease, easement agreements, etc.). • Review and compilation of property rights contracts. • Monitoring of deadlines and progress of administrative proceedings. • Coordination of individual project steps. What we expect from you • Secondary or higher education in a technical field, ideally construction. • Basic knowledge of project documentation and cadastral law. • Knowledge of processes related to building permits is an advantage. • Good proficiency with PC work, especially MS Office. • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel. • Independence, attention to detail, and responsible approach. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Ability to track deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks. • Professional demeanor when dealing with landowners and business partners.
