We require: - Secondary vocational or higher education in construction - Background or experience in transportation construction is a plus - Knowledge of applicable regulations (laws, ČSN, TP, etc.) for road construction is welcome - Valid driver's license category B - Proficiency with PC applications (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) - Independence, flexibility, and reliability. Job Responsibilities: Project Preparation: Prepare documentation for investment proposals. Manage project preparation, including commissioning of design documentation (surveys, diagnostics, and construction documentation), review and approval. Handle property acquisition preparation (prepare materials for administrative proceedings, identify property owners, and compile documentation for land acquisition negotiations, prepare relevant contracts). Obtain construction permits according to building and road construction laws, prepare technical documentation for client tender procedures. Participate in budget and project reviews. Construction Implementation: Oversee construction supervision. Conduct quality control with contractors in accordance with applicable regulations and oversee work acceptance and billing according to approved documentation. Ensure proper use of the completed structure according to building law. Prepare documentation for asset handover to the client. Handle property settlement of the completed project, verify compliance with building law and construction documentation regulations, participate in assessment, approval, and commissioning of structures on the managed road network. Provide necessary documentation for subsidy implementation. Monitor the project during the warranty period and arrange remediation of any defects identified.
