Job responsibilities include communication with suppliers, tradespeople, designers, and authorities; preparation of documentation for building permits; supervision of work progress; monitoring of timelines, budgets, and invoicing; and maintenance of related documentation. We require technical thinking, organizational skills, independence, user-level PC proficiency, and a Class B driver's license. Construction education or experience in property management or construction project execution is advantageous but not required. The employee will work directly with company management.
